Duties of the Classic Car Technician:
* Performing detailed restoration work on classic and vintage vehicles, including fabricating, welding, and full nut-and-bolt refurbishments
* Rebuilding suspensions and working on carburettors and other key mechanical components
* Executing comprehensive vehicle reconstructions, ensuring quality and precision at every stage
* Supporting the workshop team with technical expertise and craftsmanship
* Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and accuracy
* Maintaining detailed records of restorations and repairs undertaken
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a motor engineer, with at least 5 years in a workshop environment
* Strong background in classic car restoration, including knowledge of carburettors and suspension systems
* Skilled in fabricating, welding, and performing detailed mechanical restorations
* Genuine passion for vintage and classic vehicles, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
* Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to develop skills further
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
