The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across design, commercial, and operational disciplines, giving you a well-rounded foundation to kickstart your career.

Based in our Preston office, you'll also have the opportunity to work on sites nationwide, giving you invaluable exposure to live projects and real-world engineering challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality piling projects while building strong relationships across the business and with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the engineering and supervision of piling installations
Compiling quality records and ensuring accurate documentation
Producing and monitoring piling programmes to support project delivery
Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance
Developing strong working relationships with clients, designers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public

About you

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Ideally have relevant site experience
Working towards completion of specific ICE attributes
