Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm - 4 on 4 off

Are you passionate about quality control? We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic Quality department! If you thrive in a fast-paced laboratory environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

Testing raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to meet stringent quality standards.
Conducting tests on medical devices to ensure compliance with regulations.
Supporting a culture of quality by adhering to GMP and other regulatory requirements.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records in line with company policies.
Working independently on tasks assigned by the QC Shift Supervisor.
Aiding in the validation and verification of new testing methods.
Reporting any out-of-specification (OOS) results immediately and participating in investigations.
Keeping the laboratory organised and compliant with 5S standards.
Collaborating with R&D on new product testing and maintaining the retain sample programme.
Performing stability testing for all products on a yearly basis.
Supporting training initiatives for laboratory personnel on key procedures and methods.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Quality Control
Knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 standards is advantageous.
Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
A quick learner who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
A commitment to health and safety procedures.
