What will you be doing as a Design Estimator?
* Producing fire and security system designs and technical drawings
* Preparing and submitting estimates and tenders
* Carrying out site visits and surveys
* Using AutoCAD to create compliant system layouts
* Working to British Standards and fire categories
* Supporting warm enquiries and tender opportunities
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Reviewing quotations with the wider team before submission
What will you need?
* Previous experience in estimating/design within Fire & Security
* Good understanding of fire alarm systems and British Standards
* Experience using AutoCAD
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage projects and workload independently
