The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are currently recruiting 6 Process Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in Rhymney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regulated production environment, supporting the manufacture of healthcare products through the operation of process equipment and adherence to GMP standards.
The Role
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of manufacturing intermediates through the operation of production equipment, material handling activities and completion of production documentation. You will play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured to quality, safety and production standards within a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing and process equipment in accordance with production procedures.
Handle and prepare raw materials for production activities.
Complete batch documentation accurately in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Monitor process performance and carry out basic fault-finding activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S and CI activities.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and equipment care.
Ensure compliance with GMP, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and operating procedures at all times.
Assist with packaging, batch handling and production line activities.
What We're Looking For
Basic English and Mathematics skills.
Experience working within a manufacturing, production or operational environment would be advantageous.
Understanding of GMP, quality procedures and health & safety practices is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Flexible approach to shift working and teamwork.
