The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established and internationally recognised manufacturing business with a strong global customer base and a reputation for quality, innovation, and outstanding service. Due to continued growth and increasing international demand, they are looking to recruit a French-speaking International Sales Coordinator to join their busy and supportive sales team.

The Role
As an International Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers across European markets, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customer relationships are maintained to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer accounts and building strong long-term relationships.
Communicating with European customers in both English and French.
Preparing quotations and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitoring stock availability and managing lead times through the company's ERP system.
Coordinating international deliveries and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Preparing and checking export and customs documentation.
Updating and maintaining CRM records.
Working closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
Supporting general office administration and telephone enquiries as required.
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Business-level fluency in both French and English.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable, but not essential:
Previous import/export or international logistics experience.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
