As a small community school, the setting provides a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment, celebrating every child as an individual with their own unique talents and skill set.
The school is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September 2026. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the Primary age range, encouraging confidence, independence and a love of learning while helping every child achieve their full potential.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Previous experience working within a Primary School setting
• Experience supporting children with a range of learning needs and abilities
• A positive, patient and caring approach to supporting pupils
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
