We're recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a friendly, close-knit team at our client's busy logistics operation in Haydock (WA11 9FS).

£13.03 per hourShift Pattern
Monday to Friday
09:00am - 5:00pm
37.5 hours per weekWhat You'll Be Doing
As a Transport Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day running of the transport office by:
Producing reports, dashboards and KPI information
Handling customer enquiries and tracking deliveries
Supporting drivers through the debrief process
Processing time and attendance information
Assisting with payroll administration
Updating transport and warehouse systems
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Working closely with transport, warehouse and customer service teams
Supporting general office and operational administration dutiesWhat We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
Confident using computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organised and able to manage a busy workload
Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essentialBenefits
