We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
The role will include:

Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities

Providing personal care where required

Supporting independence and promoting choice

Assisting with social and community activities
*
Following individual care and support plans
*
Providing emotional and practical support
*
Maintaining accurate notes and records
*
Working alongside other care professionals

Previous care/support experience is preferred

Relevant training and an enhanced DBS are desirable
Various shifts available, including days, nights and weekends
£13.00 - £15.00 per year
