Belcan, a Cognizant company, is seeking three experienced Configuration Managers to join a high-profile aerospace client in East Buckinghamshire. These roles are supporting urgent programme requirements, including the restoration of data integrity following a complex data migration and the management of ongoing configuration activities across key programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading configuration planning for complex engineering programmes
Managing configuration baselines, product structures, and BOMs within PLM tools
Supporting design reviews including PDRs and CDRs
Driving change control processes and co-chairing Change Control Boards
Ensuring full traceability of design changes from concept through implementation
Maintaining configuration documentation and compliance with customer and business requirements

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years' Configuration Management experience within a technical or engineering environment

✔ Strong understanding of ISO 10007 and Configuration Management principles

✔ Experience working with PLM systems, product structures, and change control processes

✔ Ability to work in highly regulated, complex environments
