We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business for an experienced Product & Trade Marketing Manager to join their expanding team in Tewkesbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys bringing products to market, supporting sales teams and developing marketing strategies that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for managing the product portfolio, leading new product launches and delivering trade marketing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and increase market share. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, you'll play a key role in supporting sales growth across both UK and international markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full product portfolio and product lifecycle.
Planning and delivering successful new product launches.
Conducting market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities.
Developing product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
Monitoring product performance, sales trends and profitability.
Creating and delivering trade marketing campaigns to support distributors and sales teams.
Producing marketing collateral, sales presentations and product training materials.
Coordinating exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
Building strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
Working closely with sales, operations and product development teams to support commercial growth.
Managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
Analysing sales and market data to provide commercial insight and recommendations.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within Product Marketing, Trade Marketing or Brand Management.
Has experience managing product launches and marketing campaigns.
Has strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Is confident interpreting sales and market data to drive business decisions.
Has excellent project management and organisational skills.
Has outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments.
Is proactive, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
