Position: Quantity Surveyor

Bennett & Game are representing one of the UK's fastest-growing façade remediation and building safety Main Contractors who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Southern division.

Having already secured approximately three years of confirmed work, turnover has increased from £32m to around £45m this year, with ambitions to exceed £55m next year. Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary of £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Manage the commercial aspects of façade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
* Prepare valuations, applications for payment, cost reports, variations and final accounts
* Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial administration throughout project delivery
* Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance to maximise project profitability
* Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects
* Develop your commercial expertise within a rapidly expanding contractor delivering prestigious remediation and building safety schemesQuantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Open to Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to step up into a Quantity Surveyor position, as well as experienced Quantity Surveyors
* Experience working for either a Main Contractor or Specialist Subcontractor
* Experience within façade remediation, cladding or the external envelope sector would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general contracting experience will also be considered
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to projects across London and the M25 corridor as required
