We’re recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join an established business in Peterborough on an initial 6-month temporary.
This is a varied administrative role supporting the wider compliance function, and would suit someone who enjoys working with data, keeping information organised and making sure actions don’t fall through the cracks.
What you'll be doing as a compliance administrator
You'll support a range of compliance, regulatory and administrative activities, including:
Maintaining accurate compliance records, databases and supplier evidence logs
Gathering technical information and supporting documentation from suppliers and external partners
Creating and updating project and progress trackers
Completing compliance documentation and declarations
Supporting product and packaging compliance reviews
Producing reports, summaries and data analysis using Excel
Liaising with Supply Chain, Operations and other internal teams
Following up outstanding actions and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Providing general administrative support to the Compliance team
What we're looking for
You don't necessarily need previous compliance experience, as full training will be provided. What is important is that you're:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
A clear and effective communicator
Proactive and comfortable following up outstanding actions
Confident using Microsoft Excel, ideally to an advanced level
Comfortable working with data, records and detailed information
Able to work effectively with different teams across a business

Location: Peterborough – hybrid working
Pay: £14.17 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Contract: 6 month temporary role
