Our client is seeking a proactive and personable Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is a varied role offering client interaction both face-to-face and over the telephone, alongside a range of administrative and property-related responsibilities. The successful candidate will support compliance administration, coordinate appointments, meet photographers, maintain and update website listings, and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to the wider team

* Managing a high volume of client interaction both face-to-face and over the telephone

* Handling customer enquiries and providing an excellent level of service

* Carrying out compliance administration and maintaining accurate records

* Uploading information and marketing materials to the company website

* Ensuring website content remains accurate and up to date

* Coordinating appointments and managing diaries

* Driving to appointments and supporting various activities as required

* Meeting photographers and assisting with the coordination of marketing activities

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and external contacts

* Supporting the team with general office administration and ad hoc duties

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Graduate calibre candidate or recent graduate welcome to apply

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

* Confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment

* Proactive and positive approach to work

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Strong customer service focus and professional manner
