PURPOSE OF JOB:
To work with the Legal team to provide key administrative support for efficient and effective contracts administration within the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to general legal enquiries
- Management of the contract’s repository (DocuSign CLM), ensuring complete and accurate records are maintained.
- Supporting the Legal team with reviews of non-disclosure agreements and onboarding new suppliers.
- Management of the Legal inbox, including providing SLAs and responses to both internal and external stakeholders (ad hoc)
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the business by sending all DocuSign’s out efficiently and accurately both internally and externally (ad hoc)
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team for the onboarding of new suppliers and ensure all documentation being shared is complete and accurate (ad hoc).
- Review and negotiate simple agreements including non-disclosure agreements
- Support the wider Legal team with Professional Services supplier set ups.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Experience in a contracts administration or legal administration role is preferable but not essential
