What Are We Looking For?

Oasis Software Solutions is looking for a Panel Wirer to join them on a permanent basis at their site in Aberdare.

You’ll be involved in carrying out the fitting and wiring of control panels and further installation into a variety of enclosures from small boxes to large ICA sections. This role will be split between the workshop in Aberdare (building and wiring) and various client sites (installation). Travel to site will be provided by use of pool vans.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

* Perform PLC wiring and panel assembly following schematic drawings.

* Installing mounting rails, trunking, idents, and components onto metal backplates.

* Fitting wired assemblies within boxes and large enclosures.

* Torque setting screws and bolts using calibrated equipment.

* Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

* Complete relevant documentation including quality checks.

What Do You Need?

* NVQ Level 3 qualified. (Preferable, time served will be considered)

* Demonstrable experience in electrical systems installation and panel wiring.

* Knowledge of applicable electrical standards and regulations.

* Fully qualified to 18th Edition. (Desired although not essential)

* Full UK Driving Licence.
