As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in the Whitchurch area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards.
* Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliance.
* Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Valid NMC Pin: Must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a current, unrestricted registration.
* Experience: Previous experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable.
* Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Compliance: Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
