Job Title: Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electro-mechanical systems at client sites. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, providing on-site repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance.
* Diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
* Keep accurate service records and documentation.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a field service or maintenance role (mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical).
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and travel nationwide.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent work experience.
