Maintenance Electrician
Location: Pirbright, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

The Opportunity
Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation looking to appoint a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its Facilities Management team.
This is a varied role involving the delivery of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs across a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe and efficient electrical systems while providing a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend reactive maintenance callouts and complete first-fix repairs where possible.
* Identify faults and assess repair requirements.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
* Complete repairs arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Produce minor works certification where required.
* Maintain accurate and auditable maintenance records.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and procedures.
* Build positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
* Participate in the on-call rota when required.
* Support wider operational and maintenance activities as needed.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
* 18th Edition qualification.
* Experience undertaking planned and reactive maintenance.
* Experience carrying out repairs and minor electrical works within commercial environments.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
