The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Are you an experienced SMT Operator looking to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual with hands-on SMT production experience to support the efficient operation of our assembly lines.
You'll play a key role in machine setup, feeder loading, product changeovers, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
Responsibilities as an SMT Operator
Operate SMT production equipment including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
Perform machine setups, product changeovers, and feeder loading in line with production schedules.
Verify component locations, feeder setups, and machine readiness before production runs.
Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the shift.
Carry out first-off checks and routine quality inspections.
Identify and report SMT defects, machine faults, or process issues.
Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhere to company quality procedures, health and safety requirements, and work instructions.
Support continuous improvement activities within the SMT department.Skills and Experience as a SMT Operator
Previous SMT Operator experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Experience operating SMT production equipment and carrying out machine setups/changeovers.
Understanding of electronic components and feeder loading processes.
