The Role
As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across Health & Social Care apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality assure assessment practice in line with awarding body standards
* Observe and support Assessors (Personal Development Managers)
* Drive improvement through feedback and Quality Development Plans
* Complete quality checks to ensure learner progression and timely completion
* Support standardisation activities across the team

Requirements:
* Relevant IQA qualification
* Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
* Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
