The Opportunity
- Oversee a predominantly industrial commercial property portfolio
- Manage relationships with major institutional clients
- Take a lead role on landlord & tenant matters, service charges and asset performance
- Work closely with FM, accounting and asset management teams
- Be part of a business with a proven pathway to senior leadership
About You
- Strong commercial property management background
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
- Confident managing clients and key stakeholders
- Ambitious and looking to progress into a more senior position
