The Role
You'll play a key role in keeping the sales office running smoothly, supporting both customers and colleagues with a variety of tasks, including:
* Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
* Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
* Raising supplier purchase orders
* Providing occasional support to the accounts team
* Maintaining accurate product specifications and customer pricing information
* Carrying out general office administration duties
* Supporting the wider team during a busy and exciting period of growth
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly computer literate with strong administrative skills (essential)
* Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Experienced using Microsoft Business Central (highly advantageous, but not essential)
