Business Analyst / ERP / System Implementation / System Migration / Systems / BA / Contract / Hybrid / Liverpool / Inside IR35
We're working with an organisation going through significant change at the moment and are looking for a Business Analyst who will be assisting on a system migration project.
This role will be playing a key part in ensuring the migration runs smoothly, supporting system optimisation, process improvement and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Lead enhancements and optimisation initiatives
Support transformation projects, including system upgrades and integrations
Produce functional specifications, process maps and user stories
Assist with UAT, training and post-implementation support
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working on system migration project
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
