The Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Lead and manage classes of secondary-aged students.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Follow school behaviour policies and ensure students remain engaged.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each day.

* Experience leading or managing a classroom or groups of young people.
* Confident communication and strong classroom management skills.
* A positive, adaptable and professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans.
* A passion for supporting young people's learning and development.
