We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a successful repair centre. This site is performing exceptionally well and benefits from a stable, experienced team and a strong pipeline of work.
We are looking for a skilled Panel Beater with experience in either a body shop or accident repair environment. ATA, NVQ Level 3, or IMI Level 3 qualifications would be highly advantageous, although experienced candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Repair or replace damaged body panels in line with manufacturer and repair centre standards.
Carry out chassis and framework repairs where required.
Strip and refit vehicle panels and bodywork components.
Complete panel straightening, dent removal, and filler work.
Replace panels, including quarter panels.
Perform welding and bonding repairs to vehicle structures.
Remove and replace complete body shells when necessary.
Ensure all repairs are completed to pre-accident condition.
Work to BS10125 Kitemark standards and manufacturer repair methods.
Operate jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs are completed without defects.
Maintain a safe and organised working environment, following all health and safety procedures.
