This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working labourer looking for work, and to gain experience with a Tier 1 client.
We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently.
Hourly Pay Rate between £15.23 and £15.85 PAYE
Shift Pattern: 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk
Lodge and Travel is NOT available for this role.
As the General Operative on site, your responsibilities may include:
– Assisting trades and site management with general labouring duties
– Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
– Moving materials and equipment around site
– Supporting with general site set-up and maintenance
– Following all site health and safety procedures
– Carrying out any other general site duties as required
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– A valid CSCS Card (Traffic Marshall and General Operative)
– Relevant Traffic Marshall Ticket (Traffic Marshall)
– Previous experience working as a labourer on construction sites
– A good work ethic and positive attitude
– The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
– Good punctuality and reliability
– Right to work in the UK
