Our client is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong Xero knowledge to support day to day accounting operations within a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase and sales invoices using Xero
Bank reconciliations and resolving account discrepancies
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Preparing payment runs and monitoring supplier accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
Supporting month-end processes and finance reporting
Handling finance-related queries from colleagues, suppliers, and customers
