Salary: £30,295.00 per annum
Contracts available: Bank and 39 hours weekly

Responsibilities
Are you a compassionate leader who loves to dream big and with a heart that’s bursting with kindness?
We are looking for a Team Leader who shares our same values and can provide quality care to our service users. As a team leader, you will need to have some supervisory experience and be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care, with supervisory experience. However, we also welcome applicants who are willing to work towards these qualifications as we believe that skills can be taught, and finding colleagues that share our values is a top priority for us.
Qualifications
You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff, will be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent) and will be qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent /willing to work towards).
In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adult adults would also be beneficial.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
