Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm, 4 days on / 4 days off
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Select Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for a Hospital Porter to support the daily operations.
Duties include:
Collecting and delivering linen around the centre.
Managing the movement of waste in line with NHS procedures.
Ensuring waste is correctly segregated and disposed of safely.
Moving supplies and equipment between departments.
Maintaining clean and organised storage areas.
Supporting general porter duties when required.
Carrying out manual handling tasks safely.
Following infection control, health & safety and manual handling procedures.
Requirements:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Reliable and dependable.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous porter, warehouse or logistics experience is desirable.
