Our client seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join their production department in Frimley, Surrey. The purpose is to competently follow predefined inspection processes to deliver products through advanced and specialised experience, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Principal Accountabilities for the Mechanical Inspector Job based in Frimley, Surrey:
* Manage time & workload effectively
* Advise other team members on ‘best practice’
* Managing NCR's & Liaising with sub-contractors
* Manage stock, material consumed and processes on internal business systems
* Fully contributes to the process of continuous improvements and company goal of achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001 certified quality management systems requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: To succeed in the Mechanical Inspector Job based in Frimley, Surrey.
* Advanced knowledge of GD&T
* Interpret engineering drawings
* PC Literate with good working knowledge of MS Office Products
* Knowledge of SAGE advantageous
* Knowledge of PC-DMIS advantageous
* Being able to operate and program a CMM (desirable)
* Knowledge of ISO14001
* Experience of Anodising & Electroplating, Micrometere, Vernier Callipers, Height gauges, contour trace.
