The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Opportunity
As part of an ambitious international expansion, our client is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute retail leader to take on the role of Vice President, North America.
This is a pivotal leadership position carrying full P&L responsibility for the entire US and Canadian store portfolio, alongside development of the group's additional retail brands in the region. You will shape strategy, drive profitable growth, and ensure operational excellence across a large and geographically dispersed business, leading a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while hitting ambitious commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership - develop and execute the North American business strategy, with full P&L ownership, delivering against ambitious sales, growth and profitability targets.
Commercial Growth - drive top-line sales and market share through strategic merchandising, localised marketing, and a relentless focus on customer experience.
Operational Excellence - lead all aspects of retail operations including store performance, inventory management, labour optimisation and loss prevention.
Team Leadership & Development - lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing team of regional and store managers, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Network Expansion - identify and evaluate new store opportunities, supporting the real estate pipeline and store launch process.
Market Insight - act as the voice of the North American customer, feeding insight back to the global leadership team to inform product, brand and business strategy.The Ideal Candidate
