Are you an experienced PA or senior administrator looking to make a real impact within education?

We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving, ambitious and proud school in Preston for a highly organised and proactive Head's PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in the smooth running of the school.

As Head's PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure the effective management of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The role will require a little flexibility on some days to accommodate senior leadership team meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
Organising and coordinating SLT meetings, preparing agendas, papers and taking minutes
Supporting the school's recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Coordinating careers administration, events, open evenings and other key school activities
Managing confidential correspondence and documentation
Building strong relationships with staff, parents, governors and external stakeholders
Providing professional administrative support across a range of school projects and priorities
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Experienced in PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative roles
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Professional, discreet and confident when handling confidential information
An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
