Office Services Assistant

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Working Hours: 6.30am to 10.30am or 6.45am to 10.45am
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a reliable and practical Office Services Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a professional workplace in Tunbridge Wells. Working as part of the Office Services team, you will provide practical support across the workplace, ensuring office, kitchen and external areas are clean, tidy, well stocked and ready for the working day.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a choice of start times. However, you must be on site before 7.00am to unlock the building.

Key Responsibilities

Unloading dishwashers and keeping kitchen areas tidy
Delivering milk to all work floors
Cleaning and refilling coffee machines
Replenishing tea and coffee points across all work floors
Keeping outside paths and garden areas tidy
Washing down external sills, doors and lighting
Carrying out general handyman and practical duties
General housekeeping throughout the workplace
Replenishing photocopiers and office supplies
Assisting with lifting and moving boxesPerson Specification

Methodical, tidy and organised with good attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
Able to work well as part of a team
Physically capable of carrying out duties involving lifting and moving boxes
A valid full UK driving licence
