- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of microbiology trends, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, CLSI), and emerging technologies.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, or a related life sciences field (MSc or equivalent experience preferred).
- Hands-on laboratory experience in clinical microbiology (e.g., NHS or private diagnostic labs) and/or industrial microbiology (e.g., pharmaceutical, food, or environmental testing).
- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, including culture, identification, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and molecular diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex science into practical, actionable guidance.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role, managing multiple customer sites and priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your territory (and occasionally internationally).
Why You'll Love It Here
