Competitive salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, with a realistic £35,000 OTE
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

As a Service Advisor, act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service.
Manage customer bookings and vehicle servicing schedules efficiently
Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Upsell additional services and accessories where appropriate
Complete required documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Support the workshop team with administrative tasks as neededRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong customer service skills with a professional manner
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to learn about automotive processes and products
