The Apprenticeship Journey: Earn While You Learn
This is a unique opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while getting hands-on experience.
Placement: Initially based within the EYFS and Year 1 classes (Early Years Foundation Stage/ KS1 ).
Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Versatile for ages 4-11).
Training: 18-month contract with 2 afternoons per week dedicated to college studies (fully integrated into your timetable).

Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS / KS1 setting.
Pupil Development: Lead 1-on-1 or small group interventions to boost learning.
Creative Input: Help prepare classroom materials and vibrant displays.
Well-being: Support the social and emotional growth of children.
Professionalism: Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.
