PropSource Consulting are exclusively working with a multidisciplinary boutique consultancy in the Manchester Area who are on the hunt for a Town Planner or a Senior Town Planner. Here, you’ll be able to get involved with projects and client meetings from the word go and learn directly from the hands-on and friendly leaders in an environment that truly encourages growth and development.

You’ll be working on a range of projects including residential, city centre, affordable housing, leisure and master planning schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning and development projects across a range of sectors.
- Assist with the preparation and review of project documentation and reports.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, analysis, and site-based assessments as required.
- Attend meetings, consultations, and project discussions.
- Monitor relevant policies, regulations, and industry developments.
