The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Responsible for the build, test, and inspection of Jet Tender products, ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards.
Main Duties
Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts as directed by the Team Leader, maintaining high workmanship and quality standards.
Support the preparation of mouldings in line with the production schedule.
Assist in the preparation and bonding of boats.
Carry out cutting, grinding, and flow coating of bonded boats.
Support other areas of the manufacturing process as directed by the line supervisor.
Assist in the production of sub-assemblies as required.
Support the training of new and existing production operatives where needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
Operate in full compliance with company Health & Safety procedures and all related company policies.
Ancillary Duties
Undertake additional duties as required by senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
Good standard of general education.
Either:
Minimum 2 years' relevant practical experience, or
Engineering BTEC (or equivalent) with 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment.
Practical mindset with the ability to use conventional workshop hand and power tools.

Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
