Prestige Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Store Operative to join a busy manufacturing team at Cranswick Riverside. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
You'll play a key part in supporting production and packing operations while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move finished goods around site
Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
Carrying out basic technical and quality checks
Recording palletisation and transferring finished goods to the warehouse
Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework
Following "clean as you go" procedures and assisting with general site housekeeping
Working to strict health, safety, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
✅ Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
✅ Previous manufacturing experience
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
✅ Honest, reliable, and a strong team player
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt
✅ Own transport is essential due to the site location
