We’re working with a leading engineering organisation to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Coatings Technician to support a range of high-value aerospace and industrial programmes.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be delivering high-quality coatings to engineering specifications, while also supporting assembly activities across production.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply coatings to detailed engineering specs (spray, roller & brush)
* Support assembly work across multiple programmes
* Use hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring equipment
* Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards
* Work closely with engineering teams to solve production challenges
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a paint sprayer in manufacturing/production
* Ability to deliver high-quality spray, roller, and brush finishes
* Familiarity with Defence Standard paint finishes (highly desirable)
* Experience within a medium-volume production environment
* Strong IT skills and ability to use production systems
* High attention to detail with a methodical, problem-solving mindset
* Strong health & safety awareness
* Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
