This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator from a construction background looking to join a well-established fit-out contractor, where you'll work on a diverse range of high-quality commercial projects while benefiting from excellent training, long-term progression, and a supportive team environment.

Are you an Estimator with experience in the construction industry looking to develop your career within a fast-paced fit-out business delivering projects across the UK and Ireland?

This independent contractor operates across the UK and Ireland and is renowned for the prompt, high-quality delivery of fit-out projects, including restaurants, retail, offices, and other commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Previous fit-out experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from sectors such as main contracting, M&E, joinery, interiors, or general construction who are looking to develop within fit-out are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Working closely with the commercial and operations teams to secure and deliver projects
Based in Antrim, with occasional travel to sites as required

The Person:

Estimator with experience in the construction industry
Experience within fit-out, main contracting, M&E, joinery, interiors, or similar
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
