The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Due to continued growth and investment in our production facilities, we are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team on a permanent day shift.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and site equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults.
Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects.
Assisting with machinery installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Working closely with production teams to ensure equipment performance and safety standards are maintained.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
A Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with PLC fault finding would be advantageous.
Knowledge of conveyors, motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
