Job Description
Our Market Drayton site have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £22,678.50
Working hours: Monday - Friday (days), 09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)
Key Duties of a Fleet Administrator:
Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company’s tachograph system
Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.
Administration of all toll road accounts.
Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.
Handling feedback from members of public.
Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
Record keeping and archive control.
Qualifications
