The Role
You'll support adults in specialist healthcare settings, working with individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Every shift offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while gaining experience across a variety of services.
Responsibilities
Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
Promoting independence, dignity and choice
Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
Supporting with meals, hydration and personal wellbeing
Observing and reporting changes in service users' wellbeing
Completing accurate records and following individual care plans
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months recent UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role
A caring, reliable and professional approach
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Ability to travel within Market Weighton and the surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport
