The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A day in the life of a Senior Quality Advisor
As the quality lead for your projects, you will work closely with delivery teams to embed a culture of Right First Time and drive quality performance from planning through to handover.
You will:
Provide visible quality leadership across live projects, partnering with operational teams to drive quality performance, manage risk and deliver right first time outcomes.
Carry out audits, inspections and quality reviews, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards and ISO 9001.
Support the development and implementation of Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans and other key quality documentation.
Lead the investigation and close-out of non-conformances, identifying root causes and driving effective corrective actions.
Analyse quality performance and drive continuous improvement through coaching, influencing and developing project teams and supply chain partners.

Significant experience in a quality role within construction, infrastructure, engineering or utilities.
Proven experience supporting the delivery of construction or engineering projects.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification.
CQI membership, with CQP MCQI status advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
