The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to work night shifts on a busy construction project in Tottenham, North London.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out scheduled site audits and inspections in line with legal and company requirements.
* Promote positive health and safety behaviours across the project.
* Monitor site activities and ensure HSE requirements are followed.
* Review subcontractor risk assessments and method statements.
* Identify training requirements and coordinate these with the HSE Manager.
* Monitor site HSE systems and discuss performance with Site and Contract Managers.
* Report unsafe practices or conditions and recommend corrective action.
* Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and safety training.
Requirements
* NEBOSH qualification – essential.
* Previous health and safety experience within construction.
* Ability to carry out detailed inspections and produce clear recommendations.
* Confident delivering talks and training across the project.
* Able to influence behaviours and implement HSE standards.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions on site.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* First Aid qualification – desirable.
* Must be available for 7:00pm–7:00am night shifts and occasional weekends.
