I am currently recruiting for an administrator for a London / Essex based main contractor to work within the construction & planned business unit. You will be operating from the head office and be assisting on the below duties -

Overview: The role will be responsible for assisting with the day to day administrative duties of workload of the business unit and key day to day duties are outlined below -

Key Responsibilities:

Arranging appointments for handovers
Updating and managing project trackers
Scheduling & booking of appointments with clients
To produce standard and ad hoc reports as required by internal and external customers and clients across Project functions.
Liaison and follow up with Managers
Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close out.
Provide admin support to the RLO's and Contract Managers
sending out company information to residents via mail merge
IT Literate
Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.My client is looking to a pay a competitive basic salary and they are looking to start the candidate ASAP.
