Salary: £13.43 per hour week days £13.93 Weekends
£14.00 per hour Block paid. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Freshwater area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Your duties include:
Personal care
Meal preparation and basic cooking
Light household tasks
Food shopping
Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed – full training provided!
What We Are Looking For
Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance for Block paid roles.
Non-Drivers welcome to apply for hourly paid care assistant positions.

Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
