🚀 High-growth culture with real progression opportunities
Who are they?
They're an award-winning EdTech platform changing how students apply to university - making it easier, smarter, and more personal. Their platform generates 14m+ annual page views and helps 1 in 5 UK students find a course at their chosen university. They work with 103 major UK institutions and are now expanding with multiple products, across schools, parents, students and universities.
Their culture is everything: collaborative, inclusive, and built around trust and flexibility. You'll be part of a team that celebrates progress, values impact over hierarchy, and promotes from within. They've grown fast and they're only getting started.
And who do they need?
They're looking for an accomplished Product Designer to lead design across their products, someone equally comfortable understanding users, creating intuitive experiences and producing polished, high-quality interfaces. You'll own design standards and their Figma environment, working closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial teams.
There's already a well-organised, well-templated design system in place, so you won't be starting from scratch, but they'd love your input on how to evolve it over time. You'll produce high-quality user journeys, prototypes and final UI designs across responsive products, championing user-centred design and continually improving how design work is approached.
So, if you have:
- 4+ years' experience in product, UX/UI or digital design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX and UI craft across responsive digital products
- Advanced Figma skills, comfortable maintaining component libraries and scalable design systems
- A product-minded approach and curiosity about user behaviour
- Enthusiasm for using AI and emerging design tools, with the judgement to apply them well
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable challenging and being challenged on UX and UI
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
Then they'd love to speak with you - and so would we!
Experience comes in many forms, and passion goes a long way. If your background is close to what they're looking for, please consider applying even if you can't check every box.
Send your CV and we can set up a call to talk around the opportunity in more detail.
